Fold the mushrooms on a sieve and rinse with cold water, but first let the broth settle. It will be used as a sauce. Peel and finely chop the onions, then add the fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Mix mashed potatoes with buckwheat, then add potato straws and salt. Shred mushrooms and mix with onions. Salt, bring to full readiness, and then add to buckwheat and potatoes. The whole mass must be mixed. The resulting stuffing wrap in cabbage sheets.

Heat the pan, it is important that it be deep. Pour broth there and dilute it with water. To thicken it, mix the flour and water in a separate bowl, and then add to the pan. Put the cabbage rolls there and cook under the lid closed.

Garnish with parsley before serving.
