Rice balls are perfect for a festive garnish. For them, you will need 400 grams of boiled rice, chopped greens, 300 milliliters of cream, 200 grams of hard cheese and breading of rusks and ground corn flakes.
Heat the cream on the fire, add grated cheese in them, and when it is dissolved, add rice and greens. Form balls of this mass, roll in breading and fry in deep fat. Ready balls before serving should lie on a paper towel to excess oil glass.

In the first cup, leave the yoghurt white, add 3 drops of beetroot juice to the second, 6 in the third, and 9 in the fourth. Spread the strawberries so that the berries of different shades are approximately equal.
Dip them, holding the “tail”, put it on a board covered with baking paper and send it in the freezer. After one hour, repeat the procedure to make the surface smoother and more uniform.
