Thai fish soup — Tom Yam, step by step recipe with photos

  • 400 ml chicken broth

Made a recipe, it turned out very tasty, added garlic garlic, celery, a couple of cherry tomatoes.

Yesterday I cooked this soup for my husband! he is delighted! although it’s really better to add chicken broth + fish broth + coconut milk to the soup, but you can also put pieces of boiled tuna. Lime leaves can be replaced with lemongrass, and add a little coriander.

It turns out more satisfying.

This soup has almost nothing to do with that pit, except shrimp and chili peppers. In that pit do not add coconut milk and garlic. And the peppers do not fry, and no pasta is consumed, and then the month is not stored in the refrigerator.

This tom yam is cooked for ten minutes and without lemon grass, lime leaves and fish sauce is simply not possible.

It turned out great, but I mixed some recipes, when I extinguished spicy pasta, except for lemon juice I also added soy sauce 3 tbsp. spoons, and more, mixed chicken broth with fish, which is added to miso soup (special granules)!
