For the test:
250 g flour
100 g sugar
100 g almonds
250 g butter
500 g strawberries
100 g dark chocolate
1 pack of almond flakes
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cut butter into slices.
Wash the almonds, dry them in a pan and grind them finely in a blender.
Mix flour with almonds and sugar, pour the mixture on the work surface, put the pieces of butter on top. Chop the flour mixture and butter with a knife to a large crumb and lay down a hill. Top deepen and pour yolk.
Hands knead the dough.
Cooked dough to leave at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
Now you can put the dough in molds. To do this, separate pieces of dough a bit larger than a ping-pong ball from the dough. Each piece is kneaded into a cake, which is then laid out in a mold and gently distribute along the bottom and sides.
The thickness of the test should be about 5-7mm.
To prevent the bottom of the basket from rising, sprinkle some large beans into the doughs or chop the dough with a fork in several places.
Put the dough-laid molds on a baking sheet and bake baskets in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Cool the baskets completely at room temperature and remove them from the molds.
Melt 50 g of chocolate and apply with the help of a pastry brush on the bottom and inside sides of the baskets.
Grate the remaining 50 g of chocolate.
Fry almond flakes lightly.
Cut the berries in half and place them in the baskets with the cut down.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate and almond flakes.

In my opinion, baking is a real pleasure: from the smell of spices, from the snowfall of flour that is sifted into a bowl, from whipping butter and sugar from yellow to white, from turning thin ordinary-bodied proteins into white glossy peaks, from the secret life of a dough full rustles and sounds, from the warm smell of yeast dough, which is so nice to put in place and observe how it is persistently chosen back.
When I need to organize my thoughts and ideas, I bake cookies, which are cut with molds. When I did not cope with the next technical device, I take out the waffle iron — it always submits to me. When you need to calm down internally, bake cupcakes.
