In anticipation of the onset of autumn, I would like to recall the recipe for a delicious hot soup — an indispensable dish on each table on cool September evenings.
If you want to experiment with cooking Finnish cuisine, then you should start with Lohicateto.
This tender warming soup made of salmon and cream will surely please you in the cold autumn evening.
Ingredients such as salmon or trout fillet, as well as their heads, in the ratio of 200 g fillets and a few heads, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, leek stalk and celery stalk will be needed to make Finnish traditional cream soup.
In addition, you will need a tablespoon of flour, a glass of 15-20% cream, 100 ml of Altero olive oil, allspice, 2-3 bay leaves, salt, dill and 2 liters of water.
