Spicy cabbage soup

What do you need:

  • ½ small cabbage
  • 1 small bunch of sorrel
  • 8 quail eggs
  • 1 green sweet pepper
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 leek stem (white and slightly green)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. l of butter
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 50 ml of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. l sugar
  • 1 tbsp. l black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l hops suneli
  • salt to taste
  • cilantro and dill for filing

What to do:

Quail eggs boil and peel.

Cabbage nashinkovat thin straws.

Dip in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes under the lid.

Peel both types of pepper from seeds and partitions, cut arbitrarily.

Chop leek, garlic and sorrel on a mixture of butter and olive oil.

Season the cabbage with browned vegetables and bring to a boil.

Add green peppers, salt and season with sugar, black pepper and hops-suneli. Boil on the weakest fire for 10 minutes, then pour in lemon juice, turn off the heat, cover and let the soup stand for 15 minutes.

Serve with cilantro, dill and quail eggs.

Zucchini with fried potatoes and pesto sauce

What do you need:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup of young green peas
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 leek stem
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 Art. l pesto sauce
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • cheese and arugula for serving

What to do:

Zucchini wash, dry and cut into 1.5 cm thick slices. Divide pesto in half.

Cut potatoes into fine, shallow straws. Leek chop rings, chop the garlic.

Fry potatoes with onion and garlic until al dente.

Add the rest of the pesto sauce and green peas to the vegetables, mix, salt and season with black pepper.

Prepared zucchini circles folded into heat-resistant form.

Top with vegetable filling and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle ready-made zucchini with grated cheese and serve with arugula.

Onion Pancakes with Bacon

What do you need:

  • 5 heads of shallots
  • 125 g smoked bacon
  • 5 tbsp. l wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. l sesame flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp ground fenugreek, black pepper and smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. black cumin
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil for frying
  • greens for feeding

What to do:

Shallot nashinkovat thin feathers. Add salt, sugar, spices; gently rub with your hands so that the onion starts up the juice, and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

In the prepared onions, drive an egg and add both types of flour, knead the dough.

Fry pancakes in a well heated oil. And here an important detail: the temperature must be extremely moderate, so that the onions do not burn, but, as it were, languish in oil.

Experts say that cybers do not tolerate haste and high temperatures.

Chop the brisket into thin slices, fry in a dry frying pan to the state of cracklings and sprinkle with black cumin.

Put cracklings on hot pancakes and serve with fresh herbs.

It is not forbidden to serve and something sour milk: sour cream, yogurt or natural yogurt.
