Here are five variations of the cake «potato», which we like more than others.
Some of them are classic, others we have just come up with.
The proportion for all recipes is 750 g of solid ingredients and 530-550 g of liquid ingredients.
Take crumbs or other loose fractions as much as you need — it is difficult to weigh this quantity.
Take chocolate chip cookies, add some peeled walnuts.
Mix a jar of sweet boiled condensed milk mixed with melted and then cooled with butter, add one or two spoons of chocolate syrup.
Ready «Potato» roll in cocoa powder (a rare case when it is better to take cocoa with sugar).
Cookies can take any, but be sure to light. Any light sponge cake will do.
You can add to it a handful of freshly grated coconut pulp (dry shavings from the package does not fit, do not even try), but this is not necessary. Mix a jar of sweet condensed milk, half a can of coconut milk (and even better coconut cream) and a little butter; Add 2-3 tablespoons of coconut liqueur.

Cook, stirring continuously. The oil will first melt, then split into clear milk fat and whey flakes, then the flakes will begin to fry and darken — do not be alarmed, so it should be.
Continue stirring until the butter begins to smell like nuts. Then quickly remove it from the heat and immediately pour it into a completely dry bowl. When the oil has cooled, mix it with the required amount of condensed milk.
