If in your desire to get rid of excess weight, you decide to use extreme means — starvation — think.

Usually it is chosen as a means of achieving the goal in the political struggle. Fasting leads to a general deterioration of the body.

If this is a short-term political manifestation, it is possible that your demands will be met and you will go out of the hunger strike without any special losses. But, if this is a rational nutrition plan that is being carried out without the attention of cameras and the world community, you are in danger.

Constant suppression of appetite leads to anorexia, nerve disease — refusal of food, leading to strong and sometimes irreversible weight loss.

What to do?

Forget measuring portions, counting calories and buying only dietary products. It’s boring. It depresses the psyche.

No one can endure self-restraint for long.

One thing is certain: it is necessary to adhere to the rules that ensure weight loss, and a positive outlook on the changes taking place.

We are different, and therefore the need for the amount of food for each person is different — depending on the physique, age, and sex. If a woman wants to lose up to 6 kg of excess weight, then she should adhere to a daily diet of 1500 kcal, if a man, then 2500 kcal. If the plans of a beautiful lady to part with 12 kg and more, her diet should not exceed 1000 kcal, and the diet of a slimming man — 1500 kcal.

These numbers are relative. Who knows your body better than you?
