What you need for sandwiches: (2 servings)

  • 4 pieces of bread for sandwiches
  • 4 slices of ham or bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 50-70 g of grated melted cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil

For salad:

  • 250 g of radish
  • 250 g cucumbers
  • beet leaves
  • small beet
  • small bunch of dill
  • 2-3 art. l sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

What to do:
To cook sandwich. In a pan with a non-stick coating (or grill pan) Heat up the oil. Put two slices of bread in the pan, sprinkle them with half of grated cheese and sliced ​​ham.

Heat over low heat for 2 minutes.

In two other pieces of bread cut a round hole (5-6 cm in diameter) and cover them with bread in a pan. Then break the egg into the center of each piece so that the yolk remains whole and does not flow out.

Cook for 5-7 minutes.

When the protein grasps, sprinkle sandwiches the remaining cheese and ham, cover the pan with the lid and leave on the lowest fire for 2-3 minutes.

At this stage, you can put the pan with sandwiches under the grill in a preheated oven.

Finished sandwiches to cool and put in a container.

Prepare a salad: radishes, cucumbers, wash greens, dry, chop. Grate beets on a fine grater. For refueling, combine sour cream, chopped dill and lemon juice in a small bowl, mix, salt and pepper.
