What do you need:

  • 280 g flour
  • 140 g almond nuts
  • 225 g butter (softened)
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • 150-200 g marzipan mass
  • 3 tbsp. l powdered sugar

What to do:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Wash the almonds, dry them in a skillet and grind in a blender to small pieces.

Ground nuts poured into a soup plate.
Beat the butter well with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the yolks and beat again.

Gradually add flour to the butter mixture and knead a rather steep dough.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg white in a soft foam.

Now separate the walnut-sized pieces from the dough, roll them into a ball and dip in the protein. Then roll in ground nuts and put on a baking sheet.

Before you put the baking sheet in the oven, with your finger, make a recess in the center of each test ball.

Bake easter cookies 15 minutes at the top of the oven.

When I need to organize my thoughts and ideas, I bake cookies, which are cut with molds. When I did not cope with the next technical device, I take out the waffle iron — it always submits to me. When you need to calm down internally, bake cupcakes.
