Without it, it seems to me, the recipe is somehow completely unfinished 🙂 It is also appropriate to serve garlic croutons to the soup;) There is a lack of flavor in this soup, maybe some spice, but still tasty 🙂 I love cheese soup from "Perchini" — turned out to taste almost the same!
