What you need:

  • Hot smoked mackerel
  • 1 PC. avocado
  • 100-150 g light-salted goat cheese
  • Lemon juice
  • A few sprigs of dill

For submission:

  • Black bread
  • Bulgarian pepper
  • Fresh cucumbers
  • Celery

What to do:
Cleans mackerel from skin and bones.

Peel and remove the bone from the avocado.

Chop the dill.

We cut mackerel and avocado into small pieces, mix, add dill, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and mash in a blender until smooth.

Slice the cheese bit by bit — constantly try the degree of salinity.

We remove the pate in the fridge.

Dried black bread, cut strips of Bulgarian pepper, cucumbers, celery.
