Almond Cookies

It is prepared quickly and simply from the available products and turns out amazing and in taste, and in appearance.

I love to bake biscuit. There is something cozy and touching in it. Next week, weather forecasters promise the return of cold weather and snow and rain, and we are already spoiled by the early warmth.

Bake this cookie with a supply and all week you will return home to a cozy cookie jar. She will help to wait out the temporary return of winter.

Personally, I plan to bake a double portion right away this weekend.

What do you need:

  • 225 g flour
  • 175 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g almond petals
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. l cold water

What to do:
Heat oven to 180 degrees.

Oil cut into large pieces and set aside.

Measure out the required amount of sugar, pour out of it 1 tbsp. l in a separate container, and the rest mixed with cinnamon.

Mix flour with baking powder. Sift the flour in the bowl with butter and rub it into your hands to fine crumb.

Add sugar with cinnamon, egg yolk and water.

Knead the dough with your hands.

Roll the dough into a 1 cm thick layer.

Scatter almond petals evenly over the surface of the dough.

Now take the rolling pin and continue to gently roll the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm, while pressing the almonds into the dough.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie cutter, cut the dough out of the dough.

Spread the cookies on a baking tray at a distance of 2-3 cm from each other.

Protein, lightly whisk with a fork.

Grease the cookies gently with whipped protein and sprinkle on top of the sugar that you have poured from the total at the beginning.

Re-assemble the dough into a ball, roll to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut the cookies.

Repeat this procedure until you have spent the whole dough.

Almond Cookies bake in the upper part of the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Cool completely on a baking sheet, then transfer to a dish or a special jar.

When I need to organize my thoughts and ideas, I bake cookies, which are cut with molds. When I did not cope with the next technical device, I take out the waffle iron — it always submits to me. When you need to calm down internally, bake cupcakes.
