  • Tomato Puree
    (200g)

  • Cream 20% fat
    (300 ml)

  • Garlic
    (2 cloves)

    (20 ml)

    (1 tsp)

  • Ground black pepper

First of all, you need to put in a warm pot of water, in which you first add a little salt and olive oil. When the water boils, put the paste in it and boil until al dente.

Then take the peeled garlic cloves and chop them finely. Next, fry the garlic in a heated frying pan with the addition of a small amount of oil for a few minutes.

After that, you need to put in the pan with roasted garlic pre-thawed (if they are) and washed seafood, which stew for 1-2 minutes.

Then in the same pan should put tomatoes (these can be tomatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces, or tomato paste). We are waiting for the extra liquid to boil out for a few more minutes.

Next, you need to add to the pan to seafood and tomatoes cream and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

While the sauce is boiling, put salt and pepper in it to your own taste.

By this time, our pasta has already cooked and we put it in the pan to the resulting sauce, stir.
