But we offer a completely new and unique interpretation of this wonderful delicacy. Omelette, with the addition of fresh and ripe tomatoes, sausages and cheese, laid out in pita bread and baked in the oven. Very interesting, satisfying and tasty!

To begin with, we need to find a deep mold for baking an omelet in the oven, lay out the pita bread on it and carefully lubricate it from all external sides with olive oil. Next, you need to wash the cherry tomatoes (can be replaced by any others) and cut them into your own taste — rings or in half. Also cut into slices and sausages (instead of them you can use a variety of meat or chicken, bacon, ham, etc.).
Then take the eggs, break them in a deep bowl and beat with the addition of milk. Cheese need to grate on a medium grater and add to the eggs. All salt and pepper to your own taste.
After that, add pre-sliced tomatoes and sausages to the egg mixture, mix well and lay out in pita bread. Put the omelet in the oven heated to 190 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Omelet in a rustic pita ready! Serve it on the table, decorated with fresh herbs.
