How to care for the body so that it remains beautiful, fit and young as long as possible? Caring for your body begins with proper nutrition and exercise. Cosmetic procedures will undoubtedly help a healthy lifestyle: cleansing, toning, moisturizing, nourishing and rejuvenating.
Basic steps in basic skin care
Daily body care is the regular taking of a hygienic shower. The use of soap and washcloth allows you to remove from the body surface pollution, sebum, dead skin cells. To prevent the skin from drying out, dermatologists advise taking a shower for no more than 10 minutes, using cosmetics on a natural soap base. Water should be cool or warm. For cooking tools need the following ingredients:
- coconut oil — 25–30 g;
- shea butter (shea) — 25–30 g;
- olive oil — 30 ml;
- vitamins A and E — 2 drops;
- Mandarin oil, neroli, lavender — 6-8 drops.
Butters are melted in a water bath. Pour in them olive oil, add vitamins. Allow the mixture to cool. Essential oils are introduced into the warm composition. Beat everything with a mixer. In summer, body care at home can also include whitening treatments. Fermented milk products, citrus juice, parsley and cranberry help to get rid of pigmentation. Stains can be removed in 10–14 days with a mixture of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution (30 ml) and lemon juice (15 ml). A cotton swab moistened with the product is applied to the darkened areas of the skin for 5–7 minutes. Repeat the procedure daily.
Detoxifying and anti-cellulite sessions
The condition of the skin of the body depends largely on the degree of slagging of the body. Mix 2 tablespoons (with a hill) of fresh cottage cheese with 10-15 ml of heavy cream and juice of half an orange. How to care for the skin of the body on the hands and feet?
